  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
